Don holds a master's degree in public administration from Villanova University. He's also a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served four years and earned the distinction of "Marine of the Year."

A natural teacher and public speaker, Don is passionate about making HR and employment topics clear and actionable for the people who need them most. Off the clock, he enjoys sports, movies, and reading about history and business.
