For the last 25+ years, I have worked with employers every day, across the globe, and I keep seeing the same thing. Smart, capable people running good organizations that get blindsided by a people problem or operational cost challenge they had no reason to see coming. They weren't careless. Nobody ever briefed them regularly and provided a different way to think about these challenges.

The general information available on the Internet to most professionals can be overwhelming for someone who is also handling so many different things — operations, sales, accounting, payroll, and more. I built The Employer Brief Academy to close that gap. A resource that will provide you with insights and ideas that you may not know even existed, based on my professional experience and what I see happening in the market.
